“I can’t recommend Rachel Ann Bridal enough! Originally, I found a dress at a bridal store in Atlanta, GA but the consultant never returned my call so that I can purchase the dress. Rather than wait for a call-back (my wedding is in a few months), I decided to visit Rachel Ann bridal to continue my search. Rachel Ann never pressured meāshe was so personable and she listened to my needs. Although I narrowed my choice to two dresses, she suggested that I also visit her other store, Pink Bouquet Bridal, especially since I was under a time constraint. It was just my mom and myself at the appointment and we had the entire salon to ourselves! On a Saturday afternoon, too. We were greeted by Ali, our consultant, who explained the store layout and then let us choose the gowns. Shopping the collection ourselves was a really pleasant surprise! Honestly being able to hold / touch the gowns made all the difference in deciding which to try on. The 90 minute appointment time really helped, too! We tried on 6 very different styles, narrowed it down to the top 2 favorites, and eventually found THE dress! Ali kindly helped strap me into each dress, even encouraging me to try the favorite gown 3 times. Ali knew exactly which questions to ask to help guide me towards making this huge decision. Absolutely loved the extra special touches at Rachel Ann tooā ringing the bell when finding the dress, toasting with sparkling grape juice, tailor recommendation, and a goodie bag on the way out! “I loved my experience with Rachel Ann Bridal! I had actually been searching for dresses online for about a year and came across my dream dress. I searched for local bridal shops that carried the designers dresses (Christina Wu) and found Rachel Ann Bridal which just happened to be maybe 5 minutes away from where I live. I contacted Miss Rachel and asked if she had the dress in stock. Unfortunately, the specific dress I wanted was a made to order dress so I wasn’t able to try it on unless I ordered it first and bought it without seeing it in person. I made an appointment with her and she had me try on similar dresses by the same designer that she did have in store that had the same silhouette and color to give me an idea of what my dream dress would be/look like on me. After trying on a few dresses and figuring out my size, we took the leap and ordered it and I paid in full without ever seeing it or trying it on in person. About 3 months later my dress came in! Rachel and I both were nervous and excited since we didn’t know how it would turn out and I had no option to return it which is understandable. We tried it on and it was EXACTLY what I wanted and more!!! We were so happy and a tad relieved haha. It matched the photos online and was even more beautiful in person and fit me well. Rachel helped me make a great and careful decision and did not pressure me into buying the dress at all when I first came into her shop. I think she was more nervous about it than I was since not many brides buy a dress without seeing it in person and trying it on. She made sure I absolutely wanted it and definitely helped me make my decision by trying on similar dress which was a fantastic smart idea. I highly recommend her shop and it is a beautiful boutique by the way!”
