Customizing Your Wedding Dress
At Rachel Ann Bridal, I believe your wedding dress should be more than just a beautiful gown. It should feel like your gown!
Over the years, I’ve learned that a bride can absolutely fall in love with a dress and still wish one or two things were a little different. Maybe you love the skirt but would prefer a different neckline. Maybe you’ve always pictured yourself with sleeves, want a little more sparkle, would like to change the back, or want to add a special lace detail. That doesn’t mean it’s the wrong dress. Sometimes it just means we need to make it your dress.
One of my favorite parts of working with brides is helping them see the possibilities. I love being able to look at a gown and say, “Yes, we can change that,” or “What if we did this?” Those little changes can turn a dress you really love into the dress you’ve been imagining.
Sometimes you can’t find what you are looking for in a ready made dress even after the little changes are made. I will sit down with you and help you completely design your dress from scratch. You get to pick the lace or fabric, details like beading or glitter tulle, the exact shape and design of your gown. It starts with a drawing and ends with your Say Yes Dress.
Customization also gives you the opportunity to create something that feels more personal and one-of-a-kind. Whether we make a small adjustment or completely transform certain details, the goal is always the same, to make sure you feel beautiful, comfortable, confident, and completely yourself when you walk down the aisle.
You don’t always have to keep searching for the “perfect” dress. Sometimes the perfect dress is already right in front of you but it just needs a few special touches to make it yours.
